Registration begins daily at 7:30 AM and closes at 3:00 PM. Please check at the convention registration desk upon arrival to receive your credentials/convention packet. You will not receive confirmation that your pre-registration has been received. A receipt will be included in your convention packet.

  1. Cancellations at any time are subject to a 15% administrative fee. Requests for refunds must be in writing and postmarked by October 15, 2003.
  2. No refunds may be granted for cancellations postmarked after October 15.
  3. Failure to attend after registering with a credit card are not be grounds for challenging the charge to your account.



PFCEC is a non-profit organization. As such we are not in a position to extend credit to individuals. Unfortunately, each year a number of attendees have requested that we bill their school district or organization. This often requires months of work in trying to recoup our costs. Because of this, we have been forced to implement to following conditions for those wishing to use School District Purchase Orders:

  1. School District/Entity purchase orders are welcome, but must be received prior to the conference . A copy of the PO must be attached to the registration form. Alternatively, you may bring an original copy of the PO if you need to register on-site.
  2. If an attendee arrives and a PO is not on file with us, we will ask for a credit card or some other means of immediate payment. You may want to bring a photocopy of the PO to insure this doesn't happen to you.. (This sometimes happens when schools send out the paperwork late, after October 15).
  3. PO numbers alone without a photocopy cannot be accepted as guarantee of payment. We will not bill a school unless an actual PO is presented.
  4. Attendee is responsible for attendance fees! We hope you can arrange for your school to help you attend this terrific learning opportunity, however since we have no control over your relationship with your employer we must insist that the individual is responsible for his/her attendance fees. We provide proof of payment for reimbursement purposes in your registration packet.
  5. Those who cannot show proof of payment will be denied entry.
