About Us

It was March 1997, and Kathy Sterling was fed up with the daily grind of being a bathroom designer.  She had hit the wall.  She had seen it all, and done it all, in the vast world of bathrooms and bathroom renovations.
The time for change was now. Kathy hired 2 part time writers and started this website.  Pfcec.org is the dream of Kathy; to one day be able to put all of her knowledge down in “0s and 1’s” as they say.  13 years later, she
is still writing about the things she observed working in the bathroom industry for so long!
